We came to understand , however, that, no matter how much you think that this could never happen to you, it could, and so you should do whatever you can to protect your pet just in case.
Platinum Pets' award-winning Pawsitively Safe Pet Finder Tags won't guarantee that your pet won't ever go missing, but they offer pet owners a great tool that could be instrumental in locating your four-legged friend, sooner rather than later.
Incredibly durable, the tags feature a scratch-proof, water-resistant epoxy coating with a unique code located on the back. In order to activate your tag, you simply enter the code on the Pawsitively Safe website and create a profile for your pet which can be updated as necessary.
If the unthinkable happens and your pet does go missing, the system allows you to easily generate a Missing Pet poster which you can share on social media - a great resource when it comes to finding a missing dog or cat. On the flip side, if someone finds your pet, they can enter the code on the tag on the company website and be able to access your pet's profile. They will then be able to go into links within the profile that will enable them to contact you by text or email and let you know they've found your pet. You'll also receive a map of the area in which he or she was found. The great thing for the finder is that this unique system eliminates the need for a trip to the vet to see if the dog or cat they've found is microchipped.
This great system is easily accessible via your PC, phone or tablet and best of all, there are no monthly fees.
While we still advocate for getting your pets microchipped, we think that this wonderful system adds another layer of protection, and that's definitely a good idea!

Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.

When returning a product, we recommend using USPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
Defective Products
