Made from durable materials designed to withstand years of wear and tear, the suit offers your dog a fit that will protect him from head to paw and help keep dirt and insects at bay. A breathable inner lining (65% rayon, 30% polyester, 5% spandex) locks in warmth and insulates your dog on cooler days, while a water-resistant shell (100% polyester) shields your dog from wind, rain and snow. Four zippers at the bottom of the pant legs make getting your dog's legs through the pants simple and there's a handy latch on the nape of the neck that makes putting the suit on quick and convenient.

A lined zipper running along the back of the suit won't catch your dog's fur, while two horizontal cords running along the side allow you to adjust the body length and groin area for that perfect fit. Four vertical cords running along the pant legs make the pant length adjustable and two elastic inserts make the suit flexible, allowing your dog to move about freely.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at info@ukuscadoggie.com to let us know. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to return the item to us.

When returning a product, we recommend using USPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment. 

Defective Products

If a product is defective when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at no extra charge.

Beds and Clothing

Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless unopened in the original packaging.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancelling Placed Orders

Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, but before it has been processed, please contact us by email at info@ukuscadoggie.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
