Playology uses Encapsiscent Technology to embed natural scents in their toys at a microscopic level. This means that as your dog chews the toy, tiny scent bubbles are broken, releasing the scent. Your dog will enjoy chewing and sniffing over and over again, and you don't need to worry about washing away the scent if you clean the toys - Encapsiscent Technology makes that impossible. 

So many of us worry about the safety of the toys we give our dogs, and Playology has made safety a top priority, making their toys in accordance with standards created for children's toys. All toys are rigorously tested to meet these guidelines and you can rest assured that they are free from lead, phthalates, BPA and other toxins.

Perfect for dogs of all ages, the balls come in small (1.75"), accommodating dogs weighing up to 10 lbs and in medium (2.5") for dogs weighing 15 lbs or more. There are three different scents - Chicken, Beef and Peanut Butter. Super durable, the balls make a game of fetch even more fun and they even float, so are perfect for pool play.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at info@ukuscadoggie.com to let us know. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to return the item to us.

When returning a product, we recommend using USPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment. 

Defective Products

If a product is defective when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at no extra charge.

Beds and Clothing

Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless unopened in the original packaging.

Unfortunately these items cannot be returned due to issues of health and safety.

Custom Products

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on custom products. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these items.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancelling Placed Orders

Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, but before it has been processed, please contact us by email at info@ukuscadoggie.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
