The Drinkwell® Avalon Pet Fountain, with a water capacity of 70 oz, is perfect for cats and small to medium-sized dogs. The fountain features two free-falling streams of fresh, filtered water that will encourage your pet to drink, and in doing so, hopefully avoid urinary and kidney disease. The water is always nice and fresh, as the free-falling streams add more oxygen.
Constant water circulation and the fact that the bowl is made from a top quality ceramic material that inhibits bacteria growth makes this fountain a clean, hygienic way to provide your pets with water. An activated carbon filter keeps the water tasting as it should, while a foam filter helps to catch any debris, ensuring that the water is always clean. The open bowl design of the product offers you peace of mind, so that if your home was to lose power, your pet would still have access to water.
Cleaning the fountain is super easy - simply remove the pump to hand wash and place the remaining parts on the top rack of your dishwasher.
The fountain comes complete with a ceramic bowl and tower, a carbon filter, a foam filter, pump and adaptor. Please note that compatible replacement filters are sold separately, as well as a replacement pump.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We will then send you a returns number and instructions on how to return the item to us.
When returning a product, we recommend using FedEx or UPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment. A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from this amount.
If a product is defective when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at no extra charge.
Beds and Clothing
Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless unopened in the original packaging.
Treats, Food, and Unpackaged Toys
Unfortunately these items cannot be returned due to issues of health and safety.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on custom products. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancelling Placed Orders
Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, but before it has been processed, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the order dependent upon the circumstances of cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
