Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.

When returning a product, we recommend using USPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.
