The company appreciates the world we live in and does their best to take care of it, using eco-friendly components in their luxurious dog beds. For every bed created, an average of 30 soda bottles are recycled, turning waste into magic!

With a 360-degree zipper, the beds are simple to assemble and cleaning is a breeze - simply toss the cover in your washing machine and dryer. The beds feature an eco-friendly polyfill filler, a byproduct of recycled soda bottles and there's also a waterproof pillow liner. These beds are built to last!

UKUSCAdoggie endeavors to ship all orders within 1-3 days of receipt. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for US orders and offer FREE SHIPPING within the US when a purchase exceeds $50. We also ship to Canada for a flat rate of $21.99 and to the UK and Europe for $24.99. We will advise if any additional shipping charges apply, as in the case of heavy or bulky items. Please note that for international orders, we are not responsible for any charges incurred during the Customs process. In the case of Europe, this might include VAT charges. We make every effort to use the quickest and most cost effective shipping and handling options. Please let us know if you require expedited shipping. A charge will apply.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to UKUSCAdoggie. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund (US only).
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We encourage you to follow any measurement guidelines provided as accurately as possible and if you have specific concerns with regarding to sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We will then send you a returns number and instructions on how to return the item to us.
When returning a product, we recommend using FedEx or UPS to ensure proper tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to the exchange or return of an item unless the item is defective. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment. A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from this amount.
If a product is defective when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at no extra charge.
Beds and Clothing
Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless unopened in the original packaging.
Treats, Food, and Unpackaged Toys
Unfortunately these items cannot be returned due to issues of health and safety.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on custom products. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancelling Placed Orders
Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, but before it has been processed, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. UKUSCAdoggie reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the order dependent upon the circumstances of cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
